  1. DASHKA PAPYASHKA
First of all I want to say that this post is really made to order for us , teenagers , because teen ages are the most suitable for learning. The older you become, the more problems you have with studying. But despite you are 10 or 50 , this advise will do any good for you.
I think that the main things in learning are :
    1. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes
To my mind this advise is really necessary. For example language border. I can give you an example of mine. After my traveling to America with a group of 35 people of my age I understood that everything depends on you. A part of these students had no problems with Americans , because they were not shy. But another part was really confused about speaking to others. And I could not understand why, because a lot of Americans make mistakes too and they don't pay attention on it.
    2. Surround yourself in English
In my opinion this advise is really worth too. If you surround yourself in English while you are listening to music , watching a film or reading a book , it anyway will help you to improve your language skills and make you feel self-confidently .
    3. Practice every day
There is a statement : "If you spend just 20 minutes a day on doing something, you will never have problems with it". And I fully agree with it. If you spend 20 minutes on doing sport, you will always be fit. If you spend 20 minutes on reading, your mind will be always clear. If you spend 20 minutes on learning English, you will become a really nice English-speaker.
    4. Get a penfriend or use chat-rooms, forums and community sites
I want to say that it is very important to communicate with people who can speak English with you. It helps to understand different accents, to know more about other cultures and of course to improve your English. If you haven't a person whom you can talk to, it is not a problem, you can always find a pen-friend ! There are a lot of people who are not against of communication with others from different cultures. It is always very interesting and entertaining.
    5. MOTIVATION
The last but not the least is motivation. It is the main rule for learning. If you can't understand for what you need English , you will never learn it.
So everything is in your hands. Try and never give up - it is a one way to become a successful English-speaker !

  2. Firstly, to use these recommendations people should have a desire, reasons to learn English. But reasons are totally different for each and everyone, and these recommendations are useful for everybody.
So, this is my Top 5:
1.Once you have a basic level of English explore the different ways you can say the same thing.
This advice is written especially for me. I know some really cool phrases for an every day life, but unfortunately I don't use them. Of couse, I understand what they mean and I can use them, but it's just not my active vocabulary. It is actually sad, because while using simple phrases I feel like a small child.
2.Make use of the internet. It’s full of resources to help you learn.
I use YouTube to improve my English. It sounds strange, but it really helps me out a lot. I watch many foreign youtubers and listen to different accents
from British to Ausralian. When I hear new words, I translate them and trying to remember.
3.Use post-it notes and stick them around your home.
That's what I do and do successfully. This piece of advice hels me with math's formulas, with new english words and even russian words. That is how I get ready for the dictations.
4.Don’t worry about making your accent perfect.
My worst fear was to have been laughed at by native speakers because of my accent. But then I understood that
it’s an important part of me and my culture. By the way, native English speakers enjoy hearing English spoken with an accent.
5.Sing your heart out! Show the world your beautiful voice!
That is my favourate recommendation, because it is the funniest one. If I like a song, I'll definitely download its lyrics and learn it by heart.
