On April 20, the Queen will visit the Royal Mail Windsor delivery office to mark the 500th anniversary of the postal service, and will also open a new bandstand at Alexandra Gardens in Windsor.
On April 21, the Queen will unveil a plaque marking the start of a four-mile Queen's Walkway at the foot of Castle Hill in Windsor. It connects 63 points of interest in the town, commemorating the Queen's achievement in becoming our longest-reigning monarch after more than 63 years in 2015.
The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh will then go on a walkabout to greet members of the public, but you'll need to turn up early to bag the best places. Serious royal fans may well camp out overnight.

  1. Actually, The Queen's birthday is an important date not only for the British, but for the whole world as well. Elizabeth II is one of the greatest monarchs in history, who made a big influence on the development of international relationships. Particularly, Great Britain and Elizabeth II is a living example of successful parliamentary monarchy. Nevertheless someone thinks, it is old-fashioned and not effective already, Britain follows traditions. That’s a stereotype, that all British people are conservative and even bourgeois, but they are just traditional, they use the experience of the past, and Royal family is one of the symbols of Great Britain and classical British conservatism. The governmental system of the country is strong and reliable, and, according to the statistics, it gets approval of majority. And, as Great Britain has such a big influence on the economical, political and social life of the world, I hope, that it will thrive and get even stronger.

  2. It is wonderful that such a powerful country has a wise and a strong monarch in spite of the fact that the influence of the queen is not so big as it could be one hundred years ago.
Besides,I think that making all of these places which are dedicated to Elizabeth || will raise the patriotic spirit of the country, attract tourists and enlarge its national heritage and history. And of course it would be so pleasant for ordinary people to have a talk with the queen and to share their opinions about some situations in the country with her.
The fact that there are people who will camp overnight just in order to see the monarch is one more proof that country cares about its inhabitants and makes their living conditions better. Keeping traditions and having a monarchy with dukes and princesses is important as well, it demonstrates the respect to the ancestors and foreseeing of the future relying on their experience.
And, as the United Kingdom continues keeping its values, it will only strengthen the society and rally people in such an uneasy time.
